An 800mm round mirror with a metal frame wrapped in rope, in a rustic finish. Rope is a genuinely unusual mirror material and it does something metal cannot: it brings texture you can feel to a surface that is otherwise entirely smooth and reflective, which is why it works so well in a coastal or bathroom setting.

How is it hung?
From fixings on the back. At 800mm with a metal frame and glass this carries real weight, so use fixings rated well above it and fix into a stud where possible.

How do I clean a rope frame?
Dust with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which will catch on the fibres. Keep liquid away from the rope entirely, as natural fibre marks and can eventually loosen if it gets repeatedly wet.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?
It suits a bathroom visually, but rope is a natural fibre and constant humidity is not ideal for it. A well-ventilated bathroom is fine; avoid mounting it where it takes direct shower spray.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
