Showroom Pickup & Urgent Orders
Select items are available for immediate collection from our showroom. If you require an item urgently, please contact our team directly to confirm stock availability and arrange a priority pickup.

New Zealand: We offer nationwide delivery to both North and South Islands.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Please note that these are estimates. South Island deliveries and rural addresses typically require additional transit time.

Important Delivery Policies

Tracking: All orders include registered tracking details sent via email upon dispatch.

PO Boxes: We do accept PO Box addresses for smaller parcels.

Offshore Islands: Deliveries to Chatham, Stewart, Great Barrier, or Waiheke Island may incur additional surcharges. Please contact us for a quote.

Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth resolution for any shipping issues:

Inspect Before Signing: Thoroughly check your parcel for damage before signing the consignment note.

Damaged Goods: If the item is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery. If a driver insists on a signature before inspection, please report this to us immediately.

Liability: Online8 reserves the right to decline replacement or refund claims if the consignment is signed for in "Good Order" at the time of delivery.

Non-Delivery: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, contact us immediately so we can launch an inquiry or arrange a replacement.
Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, Online8 reserves the right to charge additional freight costs for re-delivery.
