Is a high footend right for me?
At 750mm it sits above the mattress line, which gives the bed a contained, grand look and stops bedding sliding off the end. Worth considering if you're over about 190cm tall, since it's closer to your feet than a low-foot design.
What does the 40mm slat recess mean?
The slats sit 40mm below the top of the side rails, so the mattress drops into the frame slightly rather than perching on top. It looks neater and helps hold the mattress in position.
Does support change between sizes?
Yes. Double and larger include a centre rail, and King and Super King add a centre leg beneath it.
Why the 5–7 week wait?
Each Andorra is made to order in New Zealand rather than shipped from stock — which is also what allows the choice of stains and paint finishes.
