Which way round is the footprint?
The table measures 46 x 55cm on the floor. Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm which figure is the frontage before you order, so you can match it to the gap beside your bed.

How does it compare to the 1-drawer Carlton?
Same oak-and-black-metal treatment and the same 650mm height. This version has two drawers; the 1-drawer swaps the lower drawer for an open display shelf.

Will the oak grain match the photographs?
Not exactly. Oak has pronounced natural grain, so each piece carries its own pattern and tone.

How do I care for the oak?
Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Use coasters under drinks, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, which can lighten timber unevenly.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
