A mirror 1600mm tall and 750mm wide in a matt black frame with handcrafted beaded moulding, weighing 14kg. Beading is a traditional joinery detail — a row of small raised half-rounds along the frame — and against a matt black finish it reads as texture rather than ornament, which is what keeps the piece contemporary.

How is it hung?
At 14kg and 1600mm tall, fix into timber studs with fixings rated well above its weight and have someone help you lift it into place. Check for wiring before drilling.

Can it go in a bathroom?
No. It is not recommended for wet areas, as humidity will damage the handcrafted frame finish over time.

How do I clean beaded moulding?
Dust along the beading with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which will catch. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying, so nothing collects in the detail.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
