The Vivo dining table by Kenneth Cobonpue draws its inspiration from the ancient tradition of fine jewellery making. Each element of the base is individually hand-bent from metal sheet, then assembled into an intricate filigree structure that is as mesmerising up close as it is from across the room. The antique copper finish adds warmth and depth, and a sweeping 2.4-metre bevelled glass top sits it at the intersection of sculpture and function.

About the Designer: Kenneth Cobonpue is a multi-award-winning furniture designer from Cebu in the Philippines, known for transforming modern design through natural fibres — rattan, abaca, and buri — woven by hand over sculptural frames to create what he calls "functional art." After studying in New York, Italy, and Germany, he returned home in 1996 to lead his family's atelier, where every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans.
