Horizon Glass Top TV Unit | Online8 New Zealand

A tempered glass top over a high gloss white body with chrome detailing. Tempered glass is the point here — it's around eight times stronger than standard glass and, if it ever does fail, breaks into small blunt granules rather than shards. At 2000mm it's one of the widest units we carry, with open shelving the full length for consoles and components.

How much weight will the glass hold?
Tempered glass is considerably stronger than annealed glass and is rated for a television plus media equipment. Avoid point loads and don't sit or stand on it.

What assembly is involved?
The unit arrives flat and needs putting together. No specialist tools required.

It suits large screens comfortably. As a rule the stand should be at least as wide as the television's base.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
