Solid oak built with traditional joinery and finished by hand-waxing rather than lacquering — wax sits in the timber instead of forming a film over it, which is why the grain stays visible and why a scuff can be buffed out rather than needing refinishing. Shaped for a corner, with two doors and an open shelf.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I look after a waxed finish?
Dust with a soft dry cloth and re-wax occasionally with a clear furniture wax. Avoid silicone-based polishes, which build up over the wax.

Does it have to go in a corner?
It's shaped for one. Against a flat wall the angled back leaves a gap.

How does it compare to the straight Kensington units?
The corner unit is taller at 650mm and deeper at 550mm. The straight units run 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm wide at 500mm high.

How is it shipped?

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
