Around 80 years of history, rebuilt for the living room — this reclaimed timber TV unit pairs salvaged wood with a deep dark finish and industrial iron handles. Made from genuinely reclaimed timber, it carries knots, worn texture and natural tonal variation from board to board, so expect each unit to be a little different rather than identical to the photos. How old is the timber?
The wood is genuinely reclaimed and roughly 80 years old, so natural variation in grain, colour and marks is expected — it's what makes each unit unique.

Will it look exactly like the photos?
No. Reclaimed timber varies in grain and texture, and those variations are the record of the wood's earlier life rather than flaws.

Is 35cm deep enough for my equipment?
It's shallower than many media units, which suits tighter rooms, but it's worth measuring against a large AV receiver before ordering.

How is it shipped?
Shipping is $99 to your nearest Mainfreight depot for pickup. More shipping options are available at checkout.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
