Timber with a past: this reclaimed elm display cabinet is built from timber roughly 80 years old, finished in weathered chestnut, with hand-carved panels across the lower doors and glass display doors above. The carving is the reason to look twice — it is cut into the timber rather than applied, so it catches light and throws shadow across the face in a way a flat panel never will. Standing just under two metres tall, it offers dust-free display up top and concealed storage below. Because the elm is genuinely reclaimed, knots, grain and patina vary from piece to piece, so every cabinet is unique.
