A floor mirror 1580mm tall and 580mm wide in a solid timber frame with a beaded inset, weighing 21kg. Is it safe to lean against a wall?
Only if it is secured. At 21kg and over 1.5 metres tall, an unsecured leaner is a genuine hazard around children or pets. Fit an anti-tip strap or bracket into a wall stud, and never rest it on a rug or uneven floor.
Can it go in a bathroom?
No. It is not recommended for wet areas, as humidity will damage the timber frame over time.
How do I clean beaded detail?
Dust along the beading with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which will catch. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying.
