An arched floor mirror 1900mm tall and 850mm wide with a sculpted three-dimensional frame in black onyx, weighing 20kg. The frame is textured rather than flat, so it catches light across its own surface and throws shadow back onto itself, which is why it reads as wall sculpture rather than a border around glass.

Is it safe to lean against a wall?
Only if it is secured. At 20kg and 1900mm tall this has a high centre of gravity, and an unsecured leaner of this size is a serious hazard around children or pets. Fit an anti-tip strap or bracket from the frame into a wall stud, and never rest it on a rug or uneven floor.

How do I clean a textured frame?
Dust with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which will catch on the sculpted surface. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
