It depends what else is in the room. Against neutral bedding and pale walls it works as a single point of colour; alongside other strong tones it will compete. If you want the same form without the statement, the black and white versions are identical in every other respect.

Yes. It's heat-treated to be considerably stronger than ordinary glass, and if it does break it fragments into small blunt pieces rather than shards.

How do I clean it?
