Loft 5 Drawer Slimboy – Black | Online8 New Zealand

Five drawers stacked into a 460mm width — this is a genuine slimboy, narrower than most bedside tables are deep. Where a conventional chest needs a metre of wall, the Loft fits an alcove or the gap beside a wardrobe. Pinewood and MDF in black, on metal runners, fully assembled.

Should it be anchored to the wall?
Yes, strongly recommended here. At 1200mm tall on a 460 × 410mm base, this is one of the narrowest-to-tallest ratios in our range — a bracket and strap is a sensible precaution, especially with children in the house.

Where does a slimboy this narrow fit?
An alcove, the gap between a wardrobe and a wall, or a narrow bedroom where a full chest would block the walkway. At 460mm it takes about half the wall of a standard tallboy.

How deep are the drawers?
Five drawers across 1200mm means each is moderately deep. Call 09 278 8881 if you'd like the internal measurements before ordering.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
