At 20mm deep, the Apollo sits closer to the wall than almost anything else at this size — no frame, no moulding, no shadow gap, just a single sheet of antiqued glass held flat. That matters in a hallway or a stairwell, where a deeper mirror becomes something you brush past. What you gain in slimness you also gain in softness: the silvering is aged, so the reflection is muted and mottled rather than sharp.

Why It Stands Apart

• Just 20mm deep. Slimmer than most frameless mirrors, which makes it viable in tight circulation spaces where projection off the wall is the limiting factor.
• Antiqued silvering. The aged finish is worked into the glass rather than printed onto it, so the mottling has depth and shifts as you move past it.
• No frame to date it. Without a moulding placing it in a particular style, it moves between period and contemporary rooms far more easily than a framed antique mirror.
• Portrait or landscape. At 800 x 1300mm it reads as a tall panel or a wide one depending on how you hang it.

Why is the reflection unclear?
The antiquing is deliberate. The silvering is aged to give a soft, clouded, mottled reflection, and it will not return a crisp image. Choose it for the way it looks on the wall, not for checking your appearance.

How does a frameless mirror fix to the wall?
Through hardware on the back, so the fixings take the load directly with no frame to spread it. Fix into a stud rather than plasterboard alone, check for wiring or pipework first, and make sure it beds flat — a frameless panel resting on a high spot can crack under its own weight.

What does it weigh?
Considerably more than the figure currently held in our system. That weight came through a bulk supplier import and is far too low for a glass panel of this size, so we have not published it. Call the showroom and we will confirm the true shipping weight before you order.

Are the edges fragile?
They need care, as there is no frame protecting them. Carry it by the faces rather than the edges, keep it clear of hard floors while positioning it, and do not mount it where a door or furniture can strike the perimeter.
