How is it hung?
From fixings on the back. Fix into a timber stud where possible, or use a plasterboard anchor rated well above the mirror's weight.

How much wall does a 1000mm round mirror need?
Allow roughly 1800mm to 2000mm of clear wall so the circle has room to breathe. Above a console, leave 200mm to 300mm between the top of the furniture and the base of the frame.

Is the frame real bamboo?
No. The bamboo form is moulded in PU, which reproduces the cane detail while keeping the mirror light and dimensionally stable.

How should it be cleaned?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying, so liquid does not collect in the segmented detail.

If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
