A baroque-framed mirror 762mm wide and 813mm high, in glass, iron and MDF. It is not quite a circle: the frame runs slightly taller than it is wide, which is characteristic of baroque proportion and gives the mirror a subtly upright presence that a true circle would not have.

How is it hung?
From fixings on the back. At this size in glass and iron it carries real weight, so use fixings rated well above it and fix into a stud where possible.
What size will it look on my wall?
Allow roughly 1500mm of clear wall width. It suits a powder room, hallway or the space above a console rather than a large feature wall.
How do I clean an ornate frame?
Dust with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which catches on scrollwork. Apply glass cleaner to the cloth rather than spraying, so nothing collects in the detailing.
