The Bianca Counter Stool sets soft linen upholstery on washed oak legs, in cream at a 640mm seat height. The washed oak is what makes it: rather than a stained or lacquered leg, the timber is treated back to a pale, chalky finish that sits with the cream linen instead of contrasting against it. A deep 590mm seat makes it one of the more generous stools in the range, and it arrives assembled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit my counter or bar?
The 640mm seat suits a standard kitchen counter of roughly 890mm to 910mm. Measure from the floor to the underside of your benchtop and allow 250mm to 300mm of clearance above the seat. At a raised bar of 1050mm or more it will sit too low.

How much space does each stool need?
At 490mm wide, allow roughly 600mm of bench run per seat for elbow room. Note the 590mm depth as well, which is deeper than most stools and needs clearance behind for the stool to pull out.

How does cream linen hold up in a kitchen?
Linen has a beautiful hand but is a natural fibre and absorbs more readily than a synthetic. Blot spills immediately rather than letting them sit, vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment, and consider a fabric protector if it will see heavy family use.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
