An arch-topped mirror from Broste Copenhagen in natural oak, 1390mm wide and 905mm high. The proportion is what makes it unusual: most arch mirrors are tall and narrow, while this one is considerably wider than it is high, so the arch reads as a low sweeping curve rather than a doorway shape.

How is it hung?
At 1390mm wide in solid oak and glass this is heavy, and the fixing points will span more than one stud. Fix into timber studs with appropriate structural screws, treat it as a two-person lift, and check for wiring before drilling.

What size wall does it need?
At nearly 1400mm wide it needs a clear run of roughly 2500mm to read properly. Above a mantelpiece or sideboard, leave 200mm to 300mm between the surface and the base of the frame.

How should the oak be cared for?
Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, which fades untinted timber unevenly over time.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
