How is it hung?
This needs proper structural fixing without exception. An 1800mm mirror in timber and glass is heavy and long, so fix into timber studs with appropriate structural screws at multiple points, treat it as a two-person installation, and check for wiring before drilling. If you are at all unsure, have it hung professionally.

Can it be leaned against a wall instead?
It should be hung or properly anchored. At 1800mm tall on a 44.5mm frame the centre of gravity is high and the base depth minimal, so leaning it unsecured is a genuine tipping and glass-breakage hazard. If it must lean, fit a wall strap into a stud.

Will it fit through my doorway?
At 1800mm long and 600mm wide it clears a standard doorway, but check stairwells and tight corners on the route, and carry it upright with two people.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
