A set of two grey cement planters in rustic finish — one medium at 600mm high, one large at 840mm. Concrete is the right material for heavy plants and small trees precisely because of its own weight and volume: it holds a top-heavy specimen upright and stays put through wind and rain in a way lighter pots do not. Both sizes include a drainage hole.

That is what they are for. The weight and internal volume of cement suit heavier plants and trees that would tip a lightweight pot.
Can they stay outside year round?
Cement is made to handle the elements — wind and rain are not a problem.
How heavy are they?
Heavy, and deliberately so. Plan where they are going before they are filled, and get a second pair of hands for the Large — cement planters are far easier to place empty than to move once potted.
