Around 80 years of history in a compact accent piece — this small round reclaimed elm stool measures 300mm across and 500mm high, finished with a driftwood grey wash that gives the timber a soft, silvery, weathered look. At this height it's an accent and occasional-seating piece rather than a counter stool, working equally as a bathroom perch, a bedside surface or a plant stand. As the elm is genuinely reclaimed, natural variation in grain, colour and marks is expected, so no two stools are alike.

Will it work as a counter or bar stool?
No. At 500mm this is closer to dining chair height than counter height, so it will sit well below a kitchen bench. It's designed as an accent stool and occasional seat.

How should it be cared for?
Dust with a soft dry cloth only. Chemical cleaners and furniture polish are not recommended on this finish. If you use it as a side table, use coasters, as the washed surface will mark.
