Eclipse Wall Mirror - 100 x 125cm | Online8 New Zealand

A mirror shaped like a setting sun — flat along the bottom, domed across the top — set against an offset gold square frame that sits behind and around it. The two shapes don't line up, and that deliberate misalignment is the whole design. At 100 x 125cm it is a proper art piece as much as a mirror.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Two geometries deliberately out of register — a domed mirror against an offset square frame
  • Reads as sculpture on the wall rather than as a functional mirror
  • Slim gold surround picks up brass hardware and lighting
  • 100 x 125cm — large enough to be the single feature on a wall
  • The open corners let the wall colour become part of the composition

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the gold finish brass?
The supplier doesn't state the material or finish. Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm before you order.

Does the wall show through?
Yes, between the mirror and the square frame — so the wall colour behind it matters to the look.

How should it be fixed?
Into studs or on rated wall anchors.

Is there a right way up?
Yes — the flat edge sits at the bottom, with the dome above.

Can I see it?
Please give our showroom a call at 09 278 8881 to check if this is on display.
