Will this fit under my kitchen island?
The seat height is 65cm, which is the usual counter-height stool size. Measure from the floor to the underside of your benchtop and allow roughly 25–30cm of leg room above the seat.

How much space should I leave between stools?
Each stool is 43cm wide and 53cm deep, so allow a little extra either side for comfortable seating and movement along the bench.

Does the seat look exactly like the photos?
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in wood colour and texture may occur, as ash is a natural timber.

Is the backrest padded?

If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
