Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. Returning Defective Products
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
