What bench height does this suit?
The seat sits at 650mm with the cushion in place, which suits a standard kitchen island or counter of roughly 900mm. Measure your benchtop and allow around 250–300mm between the seat and the underside for comfortable legroom.
Is the seat cushion removable?
Yes. The fabric and foam pad lifts out, dropping the seat height to 620mm and making it easy to clean around.
Does it have a backrest?
Yes — a gently curved woven backrest, with the stool measuring 1090mm to the top.
How many will fit along my island?
Each stool is 450mm wide, so allow around 550mm per stool including space between them. A 1.8m island comfortably takes three.
How do I care for the rattan?
Dust the weave regularly with a soft dry brush or cloth and wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Keep the stool out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from damp areas so the rattan holds its colour and strength.
