Around 80 years of history rebuilt into one statement piece — this Homestead wall unit is solid reclaimed oak storage, two metres wide and 2.2 metres tall. Open shelving sits above glass-fronted doors, with four drawers below, mixing display and closed storage so it reads like something assembled over years rather than bought in an afternoon. As the oak is genuinely reclaimed, individual knots, fissures and tonal shifts are expected and make every unit unique.

How old is the timber?
The oak is roughly 80 years old and genuinely reclaimed, so natural variation in grain, colour and marks is expected — it's what makes each unit unique.

Will it fit in my room?
At 2200mm tall and 2000mm wide it needs a stud height above 2.4m and a long clear wall. Measure both, plus your delivery access.

How heavy is it, and does it need securing?
Solid oak at this scale is very substantial — plan for several people and check your access route. As a matter of course at this size, it should be secured to the wall.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
