Solid pine with a distressed country-farm finish, fitted with drawers running on solid metal rails and finished with metal handles. The rails matter more than they sound — timber-on-timber drawers stick and swell with humidity, while metal rails keep sliding smoothly for years. A 600mm square at 430mm high, so it sits low and wide beside a sofa. Arrives fully assembled.

What is a distressed finish?
The timber is deliberately worn and marked during finishing so it looks aged from the start. It also means everyday knocks blend in rather than showing as damage.

Will every table look the same?
No. Pine has variable grain and knots, and the distressing is applied by hand, so each piece differs.

Is 430mm too low?
It's a low, wide lamp-table height that suits modern sofas. Beside a high-armed sofa or a bed it will sit below the arm or mattress.

How do I care for it?
Dust with a soft dry cloth and wipe spills promptly. Pine is a soft timber, so use coasters under wet or hot items.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
