Inglewood Rectangle Tilt Mirror | Online8 New Zealand
The pivot is the point. The Inglewood is mounted on tilting hinges so the glass angles up or down and stays where you put it — which is what makes a 750mm mirror on a dresser genuinely useful rather than merely decorative. You set the angle once for how you actually sit or stand at it, instead of accepting whatever a fixed mirror gives you. The charcoal iron frame keeps it quiet enough to leave out permanently.
Why It Stands Apart
- A tilting pivot, not a fixed panel. The angle adjusts and holds, so the reflection can be set for a seated dressing table or a standing chest of drawers rather than compromising between the two.
- An iron frame and stand. Metal gives the base the weight it needs to stay put when the glass is tilted off-centre, which a lightweight frame cannot do.
- Charcoal rather than black. Softer than a true black, so it sits against warm timber furniture without the hard contrast that makes a piece look bolted on.
- Dresser-top proportions. 580 x 750mm is sized to sit on furniture rather than to be hung, filling the gap between a small vanity mirror and a full floor mirror.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it stable on a dresser?
It is when it sits flat and square on the surface, but a tilting mirror shifts its centre of gravity as you angle it, so treat it with the same care as any freestanding mirror. Keep it back from the front edge of the furniture, do not stand it on a runner or cloth that can slide, and if there are small children in the house, consider anchoring it — a 750mm mirror pulled off a dresser lands at head height for a toddler.
Will the tilt hold its position?
Yes, the pivots are designed to hold the angle you set. If it starts to drift over time, the pivot fixings on either side can usually be tightened slightly to restore the friction.
Can it be hung on the wall instead?
It is designed to stand rather than hang, and the tilt mechanism and 100mm depth mean it is not intended for wall mounting.
What does it weigh?
The weight recorded against this product is a placeholder applied across a bulk supplier import, and it is lower than the glass alone weighs before the iron frame is counted, so we have not published it. Call the showroom and we will confirm — with a freestanding mirror, the weight is worth knowing.
