Will this chair fit under my dining table?
The seat height is 490mm and the arm height is 580mm, so measure the clearance under your table apron. As long as there is more than 580mm to the underside, the arms will slide underneath.

Is the seat cushioned?
Yes. The seat pad is a fabric-covered foam cushion in Matsuri Oatmeal, sitting over the woven rattan base for added support.

How much space should I allow per chair?
Each chair is 525mm wide and 560mm deep, so allow at least 600mm of table edge per seat for comfortable elbow room.

How do I care for the rattan?
Dust the weave regularly with a soft dry brush or cloth and wipe with a barely damp cloth if needed. Keep the chair out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from damp areas to protect both the rattan and the timber.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
