What are the bed frame dimensions?
Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm the King and Queen frame footprints before you order, so you can check them against your room.

Why acacia rather than pine?
Acacia is a considerably harder timber, so it resists dents and everyday knocks better. It's the reason the framing holds up over time, particularly on drawer fronts and edges that get handled daily.

How much wall space do all six pieces need?
Beyond the bed, allow 1400mm for the dresser, 1000mm for the tallboy and 580mm per bedside — around 3.6 metres of wall run. The mirror stands 1200mm tall, so check clearance above the dresser.

Will the white and oak tones vary between pieces?
The white is a consistent painted finish. The rustic oak accents show natural grain variation, which is inherent to real timber — buying the suite together is the surest way to get pieces that sit well side by side.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
