The London is a high-back bar stool on a natural fir wood frame with faux leather upholstery, standing 970mm overall. Fir is a light, straight-grained softwood, which keeps the frame slim while the tall back gives the stool a more formal, dining-chair presence than most bar seating manages. A comfortable, wipe-clean timber-framed stool, delivered fully assembled.

Will it suit my counter or bar?
Seat height is not separately listed for this stool, and it is the measurement that decides whether it suits your bench, so please call our showroom on 09 278 8881 to confirm before ordering. As a guide, a standard 900mm kitchen counter needs a 650mm seat and a raised bar at 1050mm to 1100mm needs 750mm, with 250mm to 300mm of clearance above the seat.

Is it available in another colour?
Yes, the same stool is offered in black at the same dimensions.

How should faux leather be cleaned?
A damp cloth handles most marks. Avoid solvent-based cleaners and abrasives, which damage the surface coating, and keep it away from direct heat, which can cause faux leather to crack over time.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
