Black is the harder finish to place well at this size, and the more rewarding when it works. At 960mm the Marrakesh is the largest round we carry, and in black it becomes a dark disc on the wall — against a pale surface that is a strong graphic statement, and against a dark one it nearly disappears, leaving only the reflection. Neither effect is available in the silver, which always announces itself.
Why It Stands Apart
- The largest round in the metal range. 960mm returns enough of the room to change how the space feels rather than simply decorating a wall.
- Black behaves differently at scale. Against a pale wall it reads as a bold dark circle; against a dark one the frame recedes and only the reflection remains.
- Only 65mm deep. Slimmer than the Panama despite being larger, so the size does not come with bulk.
- Part of a wider range. The Marrakesh is also made as a rectangle in black and in silver, so shapes can be mixed across connected rooms.

Why does this cost more than the silver version?
We are not certain that it should. The two are the same mirror at the same size in different finishes, and the black is currently listed higher. If you have no strong preference on finish, compare both before ordering — and do call us, because a price difference we cannot explain is one we would rather look into than leave you to discover.
How does it compare to the Panama round in black?
The Marrakesh is larger at 960mm against 880mm and slimmer at 65mm deep against 75mm. Choose this one for reflection and scale, the Panama for a frame with more presence off the wall.
Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes. Metal framing is unaffected by humidity where timber and MDF are not. Keep it clear of direct shower spray so water cannot sit against the bottom edge of the glass.
How should it be fixed to the wall?
Into a stud where possible. A 960mm circle of glass is heavier than the frame makes it feel, so use fixings rated well above it, and check for wiring and pipework before drilling.
What does it weigh?
