Metamorphosis Framed Wall Art | Online8 New Zealand

A seated figure whose upper body dissolves into an explosion of pink blossom — a surreal, slightly romantic image on a pale grey ground. Framed print at 100 x 100cm with a white mat and white frame. The all-white framing is deliberate: it lets the pink do all the talking and keeps a fairly dramatic image feeling light.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Surreal figure-and-blossom composition — more interesting than a straight floral, softer than a portrait
  • White frame with white mat: the lightest possible treatment, which stops the image feeling heavy
  • True 100 x 100cm square, good above a wide sideboard or in a bedroom
  • Dusty pink against pale grey — a gentle palette with a striking subject
  • Arrives framed and ready to hang

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a white frame disappear on a white wall?
Somewhat, which keeps the focus on the image. On a coloured or papered wall the frame reads more clearly.

Is the 100 x 100cm the image or the frame?
The overall framed size, with the mat making up part of it.

Is it glazed?
The supplier doesn't specify glass or acrylic. Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm.

What room suits it?
A main bedroom, dressing room or hallway. It's romantic rather than neutral.

Can I see it?
