Moondust Textured Painting Wall Art - Set of 2 | Online8 New Zealand

Two heavily textured paintings in pale grey and white, the paint worked into long sweeping curves that catch light like the surface of sand or water. Each 90 x 120cm in a whitewash L-frame, sold as a pair, and both hang either way up. Almost colourless — the entire effect comes from relief and shadow.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Heavy texture worked into sweeping curves — the piece changes completely depending on how light hits it
  • Essentially colourless, so it adds depth to a wall without adding a colour to the room
  • Two 90 x 120cm panels: around 1.9m of wall covered
  • Whitewash L-frames keep the whole thing pale and continuous
  • Both panels hang horizontally or vertically, so the pair can be arranged several ways

Frequently Asked Questions

How much wall do I need?
At least 2.1m of clear width for the pair hung side by side with a gap.

Will it read on a white wall?
It needs light across it rather than straight at it. A picture light or an angled downlight transforms it; flat lighting flattens it.

Can I buy just one?
They are supplied as a set of two.

Does each panel look identical?
No — they are hand worked and the two panels differ, which is what makes the pair work.
