Will it fit my counter or bar?
The 660mm seat suits a standard kitchen counter of roughly 900mm to 920mm. Measure from the floor to the underside of your benchtop and allow 250mm to 300mm of clearance above the seat. At a raised bar of 1050mm or more it will sit too low.

How much bench run do four stools need?
At 480mm wide each, allow roughly 550mm to 600mm per seat for elbow room, so a run of about 2200mm to 2400mm suits all four comfortably.

If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
