Black and white goat hide stretched over a mahogany frame with vintage black legs. Goat hide is cut individually from the skin, so the markings on every bench are different — the piece you receive won't match the photographs, and that's the point of it. Will the hide pattern match the photos?
No. Every hide carries different markings and the panels are cut individually, so colour and pattern vary from piece to piece. This is a natural feature rather than a fault.

How do I care for the hide?
The hide's natural oils resist staining — wipe spills as they happen. For marks, use mild soap and warm water and brush gently with the direction of the hair.

Where does it work best?
Wide entryways, the end of a king bed, or as a statement piece along a hallway wall.

How is it shipped?

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
