Quellazaire Framed Wall Art | Online8 New Zealand

A reclining figure in low warm light, shot with the languor of an old film still — named for the long cigarette holder of the same era. Framed print at 120 x 80cm, landscape, in a black frame with a white mat. It is a grown-up piece: a little louche, quite dark, and definitely for a bar, a study or a dressing room rather than a family living room.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Cinematic low-key lighting — it reads like a film still rather than a photograph
  • Landscape 120 x 80cm, which is unusual for a figure study and gives it a widescreen feel
  • White mat and black frame: the gallery treatment keeps a moody image looking deliberate
  • Warm shadow tones that suit a dim, lamplit room
  • Only two remaining at our supplier at the time of listing

Frequently Asked Questions

What frame and mat does it come with?
The photograph shows a black frame with a white mat, though the supplier's listing only states that it is a framed print. Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm.

Where does it work best?
A bar, study, dressing room or a dark hallway. It is too moody for a bright family space.

Is it glazed?
Not specified by the supplier — we'll confirm on request.

How much wall does it need?
Around 1.6m of clear width.

Can I see it?
Please give our showroom a call at 09 278 8881 to check if this is on display.
