Rising Canvas Wall Art | Online8 New Zealand

A staircase curving up through a warm terracotta interior, shot so that the architecture reads as abstract form rather than as a building. Canvas at 80 x 120cm in an oak L-frame. The palette is all dusty pink, clay and shadow, which makes it far softer than most architectural work — it brings warmth to a wall rather than hard edges.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Architectural subject in a warm, dusty palette — the structure of a building without the coldness
  • Strong diagonal composition that leads the eye up and gives a wall movement
  • Oak L-frame picks up the warm tones in the image
  • 80 x 120cm portrait — good scale for a stairwell, which is a nicely literal place to hang it
  • Only one remaining at our supplier at the time of listing
