Talla Panelled Wall Mirror - 100 x 100cm | Online8 New Zealand

A cluster of overlapping rectangular mirror panels arranged into a rough cross or star, framed in dark metal and spanning a metre square overall. It is architectural and quite severe — more like a constructed piece than a mirror — and it works best in a room that can take something assertive on the wall.

Why It Stands Apart

  • Overlapping rectangular panels in a radiating arrangement — a built, constructed look
  • Dark metal framing on every panel gives strong definition against a pale wall
  • Irregular outline means it never reads as a standard mirror shape
  • A full metre square — substantial enough to be the only thing on the wall
  • Each panel catches a different angle, so the reflection fragments as you move

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it usable as a mirror?
Not really — the overlapping panels fragment the reflection. This is a decorative, sculptural piece.

Will it work on a dark wall?
Less well. The dark framing needs a pale wall behind it to read properly.

How should it be fixed?
Into studs or on rated anchors. Multiple glass panels in a metal frame carry serious weight.

What is the frame made from?
Not published by the supplier. Call us on 09 278 8881 and we'll confirm the material and weight.
