Toi Party Panoramic Canvas Wall Art | Online8 New Zealand

Toi toi heads caught against a pale sky, printed across a 140 x 70cm panorama and framed in chalk. It's about as New Zealand as a piece of wall art gets without resorting to a postcard view — the plumes are instantly familiar, and the near-white palette keeps it calm rather than nostalgic. A natural fit above a bedhead or a long sideboard.

Why It Stands Apart

  • 140 x 70cm panorama — a 2:1 format that fits the long low wall most art can't
  • Chalk-coloured frame: soft off-white that disappears into a pale wall and lets the plumes do the work
  • Very light, low-contrast palette — genuinely restful, and it won't fight a patterned bedspread or rug
  • A recognisably New Zealand subject handled with restraint
  • Arrives framed and ready to hang

Frequently Asked Questions

How much wall does it need?
Around 1.7m of clear width for it to sit comfortably.

Will it show up against a white wall?
Only just, which is often the intention — it's a quiet piece. On a soft grey, clay or sage wall the plumes read much more strongly.

Is it glazed?
No — canvas, so no glass and no glare.

What sits well under it?
A 1.8m or wider bedhead, sideboard or console.

Can I see it?
