Vintage Silver Abstract Mirror | Online8 New Zealand

An asymmetrical mirror 1180mm by 780mm with a fluid sculptural frame in vintage silver polyurethane, 85mm deep. Polyurethane is what makes the form possible: it is moulded rather than cut, so the frame can flow through curves that no timber or metal frame could follow without joints.

What is polyurethane like as a frame?
It is a moulded composite rather than timber or metal. That is what allows the fluid sculptural shape and keeps it light, though it does not have the heft of solid wood or cast metal.

Is it available in another finish?
Yes, the same mirror is made in vintage gold. A walnut timber version is also offered at 1200mm by 800mm.

How is it hung?
From fixings on the back. Use fixings rated well above the mirror's weight and fix into a stud where possible. Because the outline is irregular, get the fixings level so the shape sits as intended.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
