While our sealers are resistant to a variety of substances, exercise normal care with water, oil, and food spills, wiping up as soon as possible. Clean up acidic foods such as citrus, mustard and wine immediately to prevent acid etching. Use coasters and trivets, and avoid placing hot items directly on the surface. Hairline cracks may occasionally occur; these are not frequent and are not considered manufacturing faults.
