A mirror 1750mm tall and 750mm wide in natural paulownia, 35mm deep, with a generous 1650mm by 650mm glass panel. The frame is unusually narrow relative to the glass: only 50mm of timber each side, so almost the entire piece is reflective surface rather than border.

Is it safe to lean against a wall?
Only if it is secured. At 1750mm tall and only 35mm deep, with a light paulownia frame, the base is very narrow relative to the height. Fit an anti-tip strap or bracket into a wall stud, and never rest it on a rug or uneven floor.

How does it compare with the ARC mirror?
Both are paulownia at similar heights. The ARC has an arched top at 1800mm by 800mm; the Vivi is rectangular at 1750mm by 750mm with a slightly larger glass panel relative to its frame.

How should paulownia be cared for?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Paulownia is soft as well as light, so it marks more easily than oak or mahogany. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Returning Defective Products

Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.

Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.

Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.

If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

a. The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b. The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
