A wall-mounted solid timber cabinet combining a door, a drawer and coat hooks in one 530mm-wide unit. At only 160mm deep it takes almost nothing from an entryway while handling coats, keys and the small things that otherwise collect on a hall table. Distressed finish with metal handles and hooks.

How should it be fixed to the wall?
Into solid framing, not plasterboard alone. Coat hooks take sudden downward loads when a heavy wet coat is hung or pulled off, which is a different kind of stress from a static shelf. Locate the studs and fix into them, or use appropriately rated cavity fixings if the spacing does not line up.

How much weight will the hooks take?
Everyday coats, bags and scarves are well within range. The limiting factor is almost always the wall fixing rather than the hooks or the timber, so the quality of the installation is what matters.

What height should it be mounted at?
Most people set coat hooks between 1500mm and 1700mm from the floor. Consider who will use it, and mount lower if it is meant for children.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
