An 800mm round mirror in a carved frame with decorative detailing, finished in brown and only 30mm deep. The carving is the whole appeal: decorative relief worked around the full circumference, which catches light and shadow in a way a plain frame cannot, and gives the mirror an artisan character.

Is the frame solid timber?
No. The composition is 60% MDF with iron and mirror, so the carved detail is worked into board rather than solid wood. That keeps the mirror lighter and the carving crisper, but it is not a solid timber frame.
How is it hung?
From fixings on the back. At 800mm use fixings rated well above the mirror's weight and fix into a stud where possible.
How do I clean a carved frame?
Dust with a soft dry brush rather than a cloth, which catches on the relief. Keep liquid away from the carving, as moisture sitting in the detail will eventually swell board.
How is it delivered?
