The Zero Italian Barstool in stone, a soft warm grey, is made in Italy from 100% recycled polypropylene with a 770mm bar-height seat and a ten-year warranty covering indoor and outdoor use. Stone is the quietest of the three colours and the most forgiving outdoors, since dust and pollen show far less on a mid grey than on black or a strong colour. It stacks five high.

What does the stone colour actually look like?
It reads as a warm mid grey rather than a beige or a stark concrete tone. If you are matching it to existing furniture, it is worth seeing in person before committing to a set.

Will it fit my counter or bar?
The 770mm seat suits a raised bar or high island of roughly 1070mm to 1120mm. Measure from the floor to the underside of your benchtop and allow 250mm to 300mm of clearance above the seat. It will sit too high at a standard 900mm kitchen counter.

How much weight can it hold?
It is rated to a maximum user weight of 140kg.

Can it stay outside permanently?
Yes. The warranty covers outdoor as well as indoor use, and the material handles sun and rain without cracking or fading.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
