Pre-Orders

1. About Pre-orders:  

"Pre-order" indicates that the item is currently out of stock, but you can still place an order. Once your order is received, we'll email you with an estimated shipping date. As soon as the item(s) arrive at our warehouse, you'll be notified by email that your order is ready for pick-up or delivery.

We’ll make every effort to source the product from our supplier within 30 days of your order date. Rest assured, the original purchase price of your pre-order item(s) will be locked in and guaranteed.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, you can choose to receive the available items right away and have the pre-order items delivered later. The best part? At Online8, all pre-order items ship for free!

If you choose not to proceed with the pre-order items, you can cancel your full order or just the pre-order portion by calling us at 09-278-8881 or emailing info@online8.co.nz. We’ll process a refund for the applicable item(s) back to your account.

Pre-order Timeframe:

We receive a new shipment each week at our Auckland warehouse. Typically, it takes around 7–8 weeks from the pre-order closing date for stock to arrive. For the most accurate arrival time, please refer to the estimated ETA provided. in the email.

Cancellation Policy:

When a pre-order is cancelled, there’s a lot of work involved for our team, therefore, cancellation policy will be applied against the order. Please read through our cancellation policy carefully before you proceed to make a pre-order with us.

Other Important Information:

We know how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible. However, certain factors—such as COVID-related delays, customs inspections, container x-rays, or severe weather—can occasionally impact delivery times. If we become aware of any delays, we’ll post an update on our homepage and notify you via email with the revised delivery timeframe.

While we’ll make every effort to source your product, if an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll get in touch promptly to offer alternative options. If we’re unable to fulfill your order and you prefer to cancel, no problem—just let us know, and we’ll issue a refund for the affected item(s) back to your account
