A pair of tall fibre cement planters in a contemporary black and grey finish, the taller standing 720mm high. These are the tallest pots in our fibre cement range — built for architectural plants and anything that needs lifting off the ground, whether that is flanking an entry, anchoring a deck corner or standing beside a sofa indoors.

What sizes are the two pots?
280 × 400mm and 500 × 720mm, as supplied — so the taller one stands 720mm high.

How does this compare to the other fibre cement sets?
This is a set of two and the tallest we carry. The Beige set has three tall pots up to 680mm, while the Stone, Chocolate and Black sets are three lower, wider pots up to 460mm.

Can I use them outside?
Yes. Fibre cement is made for both indoor and outdoor use. As with any cement planter, raise it slightly off the surface so water can drain away underneath, and avoid leaving it waterlogged through a hard frost.

Are they heavy?
Lighter than solid concrete for the same size, but still substantial — which is what keeps a tall plant upright in wind.

How do I clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth or hose them down. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, which can mark the surface.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell.  We will repair or replace any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
If for any reason a replacement or repair cannot be done then a refund will be processed. 
 
Fair Trading Act 1986
 
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect customers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing, where the product was made, where the product is from, the meeting of New Zealand safety standards, the availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.
 
Returning Defective Products
 
Products must be returned and inspected with proof of purchase before we will provide any repair, replacement or refund.
 
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
 
Any refund will be credited to the card used to purchase the product.
 
If you return a product that is not defective and complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:
 
a.  The product will be returned to you at your expense and upon your payment of further shipping fees.
b.  The product will be disposed of after 30 days from receipt if we are not provided with further shipping fees and a return shipping address.
