What's the difference between a tallboy and a slimboy?
Width, mainly. A tallboy is the standard vertical chest of drawers; a slimboy is a narrower version of the same idea, designed for a tight wall or a gap beside a wardrobe. Slimboys often stand taller to recover some of the capacity lost to the narrower frame.
Should a tall chest be anchored to the wall?
Yes, we'd recommend it for any tall unit, and particularly in a home with young children. A chest with several drawers open at once shifts its weight forward considerably. Most units can be secured with a simple bracket and strap.
